As adoption accelerates across North America, we are expanding our technical depth to support growth.\r\nAs a Solution Architect, you will be the Latitude.sh compute technical expert supporting regional Megaport & Latitude Sales Teams. This is an overlay specialist role focused on translating customer workloads into optimized compute architectures, guiding technical evaluations, and ensuring customers adopt the right Latitude.sh solutions with confidence.\r\nYou'll work side-by-side with Compute Sales Specialist and Account Managers to qualify opportunities, remove technical blockers, design workload-specific compute solutions, and support onboarding for early success. When customers need to understand CPUs, GPUs, bare metal performance, storage profiles, or deployment patterns, you are the primary advisor.\r\nThis role is compute-first focus, with network considerations supported in partnership with Megaport's network Solution Architects when relevant.\r\nWhat You'll Be Doing\r\nTechnical Pre-Sales (Compute)\r\nLead all compute discovery, architecture design, sizing, and performance mapping for customer workloads.\r\nTranslate technical requirements into tailored bare metal, GPU/accelerated compute, and storage configurations.\r\nDeliver technical demos, workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proofs of concept.\r\nValidate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with Latitude's compute deployment model.\r\nBuild architecture documentation that drives clarity and accelerates customer decision-making.\r\nOverlay Technical Support for Megaport Sales Teams\r\nAct as the technical compute specialist embedded into Megaport Sales Pods, supporting opportunity qualification and deep technical discussions.\r\nBring credibility to conversations involving workload performance, scaling strategy, virtualization, containerization, or hybrid deployment models.\r\nCollaborate with Megaport Solution Architects when cloud connectivity or network design is relevant, ensuring a unified customer approach.\r\nHelp Sales Executives position the combined Megaport + Latitude value proposition while staying anchored in compute expertise.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\nPartner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap direction.\r\nWork with Latitude Procurement and Operations to confirm server availability, GPU/CPU classes, and deployment timelines.\r\nMaintain accurate technical notes and solution details within CRM systems.\r\nContribute to internal documentation, technical enablement materials, and repeatable solution patterns.\r\nTechnical Customer Onboarding & Adoption\r\nSupport customers through evaluations, pilots, and onboarding with hands-on technical guidance.\r\nTroubleshoot early-stage issues, validate workload performance, and ensure successful deployment.\r\nProvide years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar).\r\nStrong hands-on expertise in bare metal compute, GPU/accelerated compute, server architecture, virtualization, and workload performance planning.\r\nUnderstanding of compute buying cycles, solution selling, and sizing for performance-intensive workloads.\r\nKnowledge of hybrid architectures, virtualization stacks, containerization, and provisioning workflows.\r\nFamiliarity with networking fundamentals to situate compute solutions within
