This role is ideal for a highly organized, self‑motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.Why join us?Great local reputationPTOBenefitsJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneouslyLead day‑to‑day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsWrite detailed scopes of work for bidding and contract documentsNegotiate pricing, schedules, and terms with vendors and subcontractorsInspect work for quality, completeness, and compliance with plans, specifications, and local codesMonitor project schedules, budgets, and expendituresPrepare estimates, takeoffs, and purchase/work orders for approvalMaintain accurate project documentation, including photos, contracts, change orders, and reportsCoordinate and oversee after‑hours emergency calls for maintenance techniciansEnsure customer and client satisfaction across all projectsUtilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, and company project management softwareQualifications:5+ years of construction management experience (required)Prior management or supervisory experienceWorking knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and CarpentryStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesBachelor’s degree in a related field preferredComputer‑literate and comfortable with project/job management systemsCompensation & Benefits:Daily stipend offered Full‑time, onsite roleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule & Work Environment:8‑hour shiftsOn‑call rotationWeekends as neededIn‑person work locationInterested in hearing more?
