Development Manager (Residential Projects)Location: North Dublin (Office-Based)Salary: €90,000 – €100,000 (depending on experience)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in North Dublin. This is an office-based role focused on the successful planning, design coordination, and contract management of residential construction projects, ensuring a seamless transition to the site team for delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the pre-construction phase of residential projects from initial planning through to handoverOversee design coordination, ensuring all elements are aligned, compliant, and buildableManage and administer contracts, including procurement strategy and tender processesLiaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout project developmentEnsure all planning and regulatory requirements are met prior to constructionIdentify and mitigate risks during pre-construction stagesPrepare comprehensive project documentation for handover to site teamsSupport the site team by ensuring clarity and completeness of project scope and contract detailsRequirementsProven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within residential constructionStrong background in residential projects (essential)In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project planningExperience coordinating design teams and managing pre-construction workflowsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with attention to detailRelevant construction-related qualification (preferred)O'Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientationJ-18808-Ljbffr
