development of advanced manufacturing and supply chain simulation capabilities.\n\nThis role will focus on building and validating discrete event simulation (DES) models using Siemens Plant Simulation software to support data-driven operational decisions across production lines, plant operations, and regional supply chains.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing simulation, data analysis, and production systems, with the ability to translate complex simulation results into actionable business insights.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain discrete event simulation (DES) models for manufacturing and supply chain operations\n\nBuild simulation models at multiple operational levels including line, shop, plant, and regional supply chain\n\nUtilize Siemens Plant Simulation software to model and optimize manufacturing processes\n\nCreate and maintain standardized simulation templates, validation methods, and deliverable formats\n\nEstablish simulation validation standards to ensure model accuracy and reliability\n\nSupport development and organization of centralized simulation model libraries\n\nAnalyze simulation output data to identify operational improvements and business insights\n\nCollaborate with internal engineering and data analytics teams on data integration and digital twin initiatives\n\nCoordinate with external simulation vendors and support project execution\n\nProvide technical guidance and training on simulation tools and best practices\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations\n\nQualifications | What You Bring (Must Have)\n\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, or related technical field\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in discrete event simulation within a manufacturing environment\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations, production systems, and supply chain processes\n\nExperience with programming or scripting tools such as Python or SQL\n\nStrong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience developing simulation standards, templates, and validation processes\n\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project priorities\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or related field\n\nExperience with digital twin technologies within
