programmers.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):\n7+ years of Java application development experience, with frameworks like Struts/Tiles, Struts 2, Servlets/JSP, and JPA/Hibernate.\n5+ years of Oracle DB experience, including complex queries and PL/SQL database objects.\n3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, NodeJS, React, or JQuery.\nFull-stack development experience (3+ years).\nExperience with responsive design frameworks (preferably Bootstrap).\nFamiliarity with code repositories (preferably Git) and continuous integration tools (preferably Jenkins).\nKnowledge of relational database design and object-oriented design methodologies.\nExperience with database query tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Navigator.\nUnderstanding of database security, role-based security, and Unified Modeling Language (UML).\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks.\nPreferred KSAs:\nOracle certification(s).\nExperience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, XP, and Kanban.\nFamiliarity with Docker or other virtualization technologies.\nExperience with GIS
