Overnight Dispatcher (Mondays and Tuesdays)

Seeking a qualified applicant with experience as an emergency services or central station dispatcher to join our team. The shift is from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM every Monday and Tuesday, 8 hours each day. Training is 2 weeks and scheduled for Monday through Friday. We offer some flexibility in the training schedule. Responsibilities: - Monitor Alarm Stack and respond to incoming signals - Follow dispatching instructions - Answer phone calls and assist subscribers or technicians with creating service call requests - Light troubleshooting of system issues - Data entry of pertinent information within our monitoring software - Communicate effectively with other departments Skills: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Clear and concise verbal and written communication - Punctuality and reliability - Ability to learn processes and follow instruction Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills.
