Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties including equipment, vehicles, and all S&S buildings and properties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties. Maintain departmental and facility operating equipment. Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, replacement, and cleaning. Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas. Prerequisites: Experience in driving and maintaining equipment and vehicles that are necessary on a large commercial facility Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven problem solver Positive attitude with a servant-hearted nature Detail oriented Valid driver's license In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
