You’ll own the master schedule, coordinate subs, manage site logistics, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining Deacon’s quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the full project schedule, updating look‑ahead and recovery plans.Direct day‑to‑day field activities: manpower, equipment, material deliveries, and site logistics.Monitor subcontractor progress, verify compliance with drawings/specifications, and drive quality control.Lead daily safety huddles, enforce company and OSHA safety requirements, and conduct jobsite inspections.Manage project documentation: RFIs, field reports, photos, and daily logs using Microsoft Office and Procore/PlanGrid.Coordinate with agencies and inspectors for testing, special inspections, and required reporting.Mentor project engineers, foremen, and assistant superintendents; foster a collaborative, high‑performance team.Track quantities, productivity, and cost codes; forecast labor and equipment needs.Resolve site challenges quickly (weather impacts, unforeseen conditions, emergencies) to keep the schedule intact.Qualifications & Skills5-10+ years of progressive field experience with ground‑up commercial projects valued $20M+.Proven track record as lead/primary Superintendent on at least two large projects from start to finish.<
