DescriptionThe Dynasty Investment team serves as a strategic partner to independent financial advisors, CEOs, and CIOs across the Dynasty network. Acting as an extension of their investment teams, we provide consultative support across portfolio construction, manager research, and investment implementation, while offering access to a flexible investment platform that includes managed models, SMAs, private markets, and OCIO services. Our work helps advisors solve complex client needs and scale disciplined investment programs. The team is growing rapidly and expanding the Investment Solutions and Consulting team to support increased advisor demand, platform adoption, and the continued evolution of Dynasty’s investment offerings.Role OverviewThe Investment Solutions Analyst role is designed for a client-facing investment professional who will work closely with advisors and firm leadership to deliver thoughtful, practical investment solutions. This includes support with investment positioning, implementation, and client-specific investment needs, while also contributing to sales enablement, internal workflows, and cross-functional initiatives as the business continues to scale.Successful candidates will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and deliver on the core responsibilities and platform support as defined below:Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with advisors and translate sophisticated investment concepts into clear, actionable solutionsPartner directly with financial advisors and firm leadership to position Dynasty’s investment solutions in client conversations, proposals, and investment committee settings, bringing both a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindsetAct as a consultative resource on portfolio construction, investment strategy, and product selection across models, SMAs, alternatives, and customized solutionsCollaborate closely with External Investment Consultants to support platform adoption, asset growth, and long-term advisor relationshipsServe as a trusted point of contact for advisor questions, platform navigation, and investment implementation supportPartner with cross-functional teams (CIO, Private Markets, Capital Markets, Operations, Marketing, Compliance) to deliver cohesive, high-quality advisor outcomesContribute to team initiatives, process improvement, and internal projects as the Investment Solutions platform continues to scaleSales Enablement & Platform Support:Support sales and relationship teams through proposal development, territory coordination, presentation materials, and data analyticsHelp design and maintain investment-related sales tools, training content, and internal resourcesAssist with advisor onboarding, platform education, and ongoing usage optimizationSupport marketing initiatives including webinars, advisor communications, and investment collateral in coordination with Compliance and MarketingCoordinate internally to bring specialized resources (OCIO, Private Markets, Capital Markets, UHNW solutions) into advisor conversations where appropriateRequirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:3–5 years of experience in investment consulting, private wealth management, asset management, financial services, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree required; SIE or Series 7 preferred but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills with comfort engaging sophisticated clients and senior stakeholdersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to synthesize investment concepts and communicate them clearly to non-specialist audiencesProficiency in Excel and PowerPointSelf-starter mindset with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to grow alongside a scaling businessRelevant (but not required) experience can include:Professional Designations (or interest/progress toward): CIMA, CAIA, CFA, CFPSales operations, sales enablement, or go-to-market supportConcentrated stock solutions, options overlays, hedging, and monetization strategiesTax-aware portfolio construction, transitions, and tax-deferral strategiesStructured notes or fixed income alternativesPrivate market investmentsProject management or cross-functional initiative executionFinancial research or analytics platforms (Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Bloomberg, YCharts)PROFESSIONAL GROWTH & DEVELOPMENTThis role is part of a rapidly expanding investment platform and is intentionally designed to offer exposure across multiple disciplines. As the team grows, individuals will have opportunities to deepen expertise and evolve their responsibilities based on business needs, team priorities, and individual strengths.Potential development paths can include (but aren’t limited to) a deeper focus in investment consulting and advisor-facing sales; sales operations and enablement; business strategy and execution; investment analytics and research; tactical project management; product or platform development; or relationship management.
