This role is with Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Phantom Works Quality team, located in Berkeley, MO. The position is expected to be 100% onsite.\nPosition Responsibilities Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.\nCollaborates with other functions on effective implementation of APQP processes.\nLeads APQP cross-functional team.\nProvides interpretation of complex requirements.\nDevelops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, company and regulatory requirements.\nDevelops quality criteria to support supplier selection activities.\nLeads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.\nDevelops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.\nAssists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances.\nAnalyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.\nDevelops and implements corrective actions.\nPerforms benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.\nWorks under minimal direction.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry, or other technical degree\nExperience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP)\n5+ years of Quality experience\n5+ years of experience reading, understanding, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications\nExperience working with engineers, product owners, and leadership\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) More than 3 years of experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or equivalent problem-solving processes to engineering development and manufacturing/production efforts\nExperience with Quality Management System (QMS)\nExperience with Early Quality Involvement (EQI)\nExperience in Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)\nExperience with Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM)\nAdditional Information This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret pre-start and final U.S. Secret clearance post-start is required.\nOnsite at the listed location; travel up to 10% (1st shift).\nRelocation offered based on candidate eligibility.\nDrug Free Workplace; Equal Opportunity Employer.
