Head Volleyball CoachBreckenridge ISD is seeking applicants for the position of Head Volleyball Coach at Breckenridge High School. The district is looking for a motivated leader committed to developing student-athletes and building a strong program culture across grades 6–12.Program Expectations:Develop, promote, and grow a strong volleyball program culture (6–12)Support and encourage multi-sport athletesEmbrace the athletic department's commitment to sports performance and strength & conditioning methodsDemonstrate the ability to coach and develop all athletes, not just top performersWork collaboratively with coaching staff and administration to support overall athletic department goalsProvide leadership in program development, organization, and athlete developmentRequirements:Texas teaching certification (teaching field TBD)CDL required or willingness to obtainStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsCommitment to student-athlete development and program cultureCompensation:Additional coaching stipends available Compensation based on experience and expertise
