Responsible for forecast planning, procurement, and execution of all pharmaceutical packaging between the customer, Cardinal Health, and other third-party organizations or consultants working on behalf of the customer. The complexity of the solution, product packaging, or services offered by Cardinal Health Packaging Solutions (CHPS) is variable and can range from simple to moderately complex packaging configurations.\r\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCentralized point of contact between the business and pharmaceutical manufacturer (client).\r\nResponsible for maintaining and delivering client requirements, resulting in on-time and in-full deliveries (OTIF).\r\nPrioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to internal and external stakeholders in an open and honest fashion.\r\nEffectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk, to manage the delivery of new and existing product launches.\r\nFacilitates, builds, and conducts business reviews for clients to demonstrate past and current performance.\r\nResponsible for 6-10 clients depending on volume.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree preferred.\r\n4 years related sales experience, preferred.\r\n3-5 years of project management experience, preferred.\r\nStrong computer skills, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.\r\nExperience in SAP is a plus.\r\nExpected Behaviors\r\nApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.\r\nMay contribute to the development of policies and procedures.\r\nWorks on complex projects of large scope.\r\nDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.\r\nCompletes work independently and receives general guidance on new projects.\r\nWork reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives.\r\nMay act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.\r\nSalary & Benefits\r\nAnticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950.
