This position is contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior technical authority for system architecture, design, and engineering executionLead systems engineering, integration, and cybersecurity activities across the programMaintain technical baseline, system architecture, and design integrity throughout the lifecycleEnsure requirements traceability and configuration control are enforcedDirect multi-disciplinary engineering teams spanning software, network, cybersecurity, and infrastructure domainsLead technical working groups, design reviews, and key program events (e.g., CDR)Oversee system integration, verification, and test readiness activities (TRR, FQT, SAT)Ensure integration environments, test planning, and technical readiness support successful test executionCoordinate technical efforts across subcontractors and partners to ensure architectural consistencyEnsure compliance with SOW, SRD, and applicable standards and frameworksServe as primary technical interface to Government stakeholders, including the Program Office and Contracting OfficerProvide technical input to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support execution trackingPartner with the Program Manager to manage technical risk, issues, and opportunitiesEnsure timely delivery and technical quality of CDRLs and program documentationSupport staffing plans, technical resource allocation, and team executionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field15+ years of experience in system architecture, integration, and engineering leadership for complex programsDemonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teamsExperience supporting command and control (C2), air defense, or mission-critical systemsStrong background in cybersecurity compliance and RMF processesExperience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including SysML and requirements traceabilityExperience supporting system development, integration, verification, and fielding activitiesExperience with international programs or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) effortsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to travel, including extended overseas deploymentsActive Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain)Desired QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business AdministrationExperience with DoD systems engineering processes and lifecycle managementExperience supporting large-scale system integration and operational deploymentsPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
