Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to support USC Arcadia Hospital, a 348‑bed acute care hospital with a busy Emergency Department. The patient food service operation serves approximately 175–240 patient trays per meal and plays a critical role in overall patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead patient-centered food service operations in a fast-paced, high-impact healthcare environment.What You'll DoLead the patient services team, ensuring a high-quality, patient-centered dining experienceOversee daily patient food service operations for a 348‑bed hospital serving 175–240 trays per mealConduct patient experience rounding and resolve concerns to drive satisfactionPartner with clinical and nursing teams while ensuring quality, safety, and complianceDrive process improvements and innovation to enhance service and operational efficiencyWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
