Experienced On-Call Handyman

Bloomer I & II - VitaCare Living in Bloomer, WI, is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. At Bloomer I & II, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch care and support to our residents. As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and safe for everyone.This position offers a great opportunity for someone with a passion for fixing things and making a difference in people's lives. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $25 to $30/hour, depending on experience. This position offers flexibility as it is an on-call position. Ensure walkways are free of clutter and debris.Ensure furnace filters are changed, and dryer vents are cleaned out.Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues, such as outlets not working and circuit breaker tripping.Purpose: To maintain a functional electrical system throughout the facilities.Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work.Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.Strong communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.About Company:We believe in living with a purpose outside of ourselves.
