We are currently seeking a Reports Engineer to work for our company.\nSummary\nMust possess IT-I security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)\nDesign, develop, and deploy enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI platforms such as SAP Business Objects, Power BI, or similar tools.\nCollaborate with data engineering teams to leverage dimensional data models (star and snowflake schemas) that support intuitive, high-performance reporting.\nWrite and optimize complex SQL queries across environments including Databricks and Oracle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for large datasets.\nTranslate business requirements into technical reporting solutions by partnering with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.\nProactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize reporting performance, identifying opportunities to improve query execution, data refresh cycles, and user experience.\nLeverage AWS services such as S3, EMR, Redshift, and Glue to support cloud-native reporting and analytics workflows.\nManage the full life cycle of reporting assets, including documentation, version control, scheduling, and automated refresh processes.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs, implementing best practices for validation and reconciliation.\nProvide guidance and mentorship on reporting standards, design patterns, and performance optimization, contributing to continuous improvement of the BI environment.\nRequirements\nMust possess IT-I security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
