Provides leadership in designing, developing and implementing solutions in support of the business, according to standards and policies.\r\nCore Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nHires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.\r\n\r\n\r\nManages the resolution of the most complex cloud platform issues elevated from staff and clients.\r\n\r\n\r\nManages technical support staff who implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and install cloud computing platforms across all systems. Plans, develops, and executes short range goals and strategies to meet department, divisional, and corporate objectives.\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelops and implements changes to department policies and standard operating procedures to meet changing business needs. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization. Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels.\r\n\r\n\r\nResponsible for delivering software maintenance and ensuring optimization of system up time and perfomance for critical technology is completed. Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and maintain standards for platforms. Implements new technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure projects.\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelops technical standards to serve Vanguard technical needs. Manages the ongoing performance of IT cloud vendor products and services\r\n\r\n\r\nLearns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.\r\n\r\n\r\nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.\r\n\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nMinimum of five years related work experience, with three years experience in threat analysis.
