OverviewWe are seeking a Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to dealership service, parts, and warranty teams. This role supports daily help desk operations and plays a key role in onboarding and supporting users within a learning platform environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.DetailsLocation: Smyrna, TNSchedule: Hybrid 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMCompensation: $25/hr with 10 PTO days and 16 holidaysResponsibilitiesProvide live chat support to dealership personnel, addressing inquiries related to vehicle maintenance, service, and repairDocument, track, update, and close support cases while utilizing internal databases and resourcesNavigate service manuals and internal tools to research and resolve inquiriesSupport platform onboarding, account setup, and user guidance for dealership tools and programsGather and communicate feedback from dealership technicians to internal teamsCollaborate cross-functionally to meet reporting and operational requirementsCreate reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPointSupport Salesforce reporting and case tracking activitiesConduct outbound calls to assist dealerships with non-diagnostic technical inquiriesInitiate remote support sessions to assist with system or technical issuesAssist with training coordination, meeting preparation, and special projectsDevelop and distribute technical alerts to support knowledge sharingComplete additional support tasks as neededRequired QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and prioritize effectivelyTyping speed of at least 40 WPMComfortable using technical resources, databases, and support toolsMinimum 2 years of experience in a professional environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred QualificationsAutomotive service or parts experienceIT or technical support experienceAssociate degree or relevant coursework/trainingExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms#INDOEM
