Join the Lumix family and experience the difference for yourself.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Foreman or Supervisor in daily electrical tasksInstall various types of raceways (EMT, Rigid, PVC, etc.), ranging from 1⁄2' to 4'Bend conduit using tools such as hand benders, electric benders, hydraulic benders, and hot boxesInstall and connect conductors (feeders, branch circuits, and controls)Work with electrical equipment, including: MDP, MCC, HV/LV PanelboardsStarters, VFDs, Soft Starts, PLCsFollow NEC standards and safety regulations to ensure complianceCollaborate with the team to complete projects safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized job siteQualifications & SkillsWorking understanding of PLCs, Controls, VFDs, and Soft StartsAbility to read blueprints and interpret technical drawingsExperience using power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)Ability to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, and bend for extended periodsComfortable working at elevated heights and using safety harnessesMust be able to wear PPE (Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, Safety Shoes, Gloves, Respirators, etc.)High School Diploma or GED requiredValid Driver's License required (must have a clean driving record)Must be comfortable using a computer for basic correspondence (emails, reports, etc.)Willingness to travel up to 25 percent for projects (per diem provided)Journeymen Electrical LicenseWill consider candidates with at least two years of Commercial/Industrial experience with the starting hourly rate consummate with experienceAbility to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri before startingWhy Join Lumix ElectricalCompensation & Perks Weekly pay cycle and overtime potentialReferral bonus programPrevailing wage projectsHealth and Wellness Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insuranceSafety equipment provided (helmets, gloves, etc.)Group life insuranceWork Life Balance Perks Paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick days)Travel projects with per diemCareer Development On-the-job training and certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, Manufacturer Training, etc.)Unique Perks & Extras Company events (BBQs, holiday parties, and ball games)Work Schedule & LocationLocation: In-person Fulton, MO (must be able to commute or relocate before starting)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (May vary based on projects)Overtime and weekend work available based on project needsReady to Start Your Electrical Career with Lumix?
