Job Title : Accountant II (Senior Level Role) Location : Tampa, FL-International Mall | Hybrid 4-Days In-Office (Must be local) Compensation : $111k-$121k Total Comp Job Type : Full Time Why You Should Apply Publicly traded, manufacturing organization High-visibility role within corporate accounting supporting multi-entity operations Opportunity to gain exposure to IFRS reporting, consolidations, and international finance Strong track record of internal promotions and long-term career growth Collaborative, team-oriented environment with direct exposure to leadership What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or multi-entity environment Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations Intercompany and/or multi-currency experience preferred IFRS experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required SAP experience preferred along with strong Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, etc.) Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently What You’ll Be Doing Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare consolidated financial statements and internal management reporting Perform intercompany accounting and support multi-entity, multi-currency reporting Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and reporting to parent company Support internal and external audits, including SOX controls and audit documentation Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Research and analyze technical accounting topics under IFRS as needed Partner with operational and corporate teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-makingContribute to process improvements and ongoing system enhancements (SAP environment) #J-18808-Ljbffr
