This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAlways exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.\nResponsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.\nExhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.\nSet tables and maintain workstations in proper order.\nTake orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.\nAnswer pertinent questions about menu items.\nServe customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.\nQualifications:\nMinimum completion of Junior year in high school required.\nExperience in food service work preferred.\nExperience in working with seniors preferred.\nIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement - please apply, we'd love to get to know you!\nAll new hires must be able to pass our pre-employment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
