In this role, you’ll be responsible for the administration and stability of our data center network infrastructure while also dedicating a portion of your time to helpdesk support and serving as the escalation point for complex or difficult issues the helpdesk cannot resolve. As Radius-DC continues to expand across the continental U.S., you’ll play a hands-on role in the design and deployment of networks at new market locations. You’ll operate within a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant environment, so a security-first mindset is essential.
