Job Title: AssemblerLocation: Hudson, NHPayrate: $18-$22/HRJob Type: Temp to hireJob Summary:Adecco has partnered up with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH and we are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual assembly of electrical components, including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products. This position involves working from schematics and blueprints to cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires, ensuring all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide assembly processesPrepare and terminate wires using appropriate tools for cutting, stripping, and connectingAssemble electrical components including wire harnesses, cables, and connectorsUtilize hand tools and equipment such as crimping tools, soldering irons, and measuring instrumentsPerform quality control inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specificationsFollow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as requiredCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and identify issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proven manual dexterity and fine motor skills to work with small parts and componentsStrong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free assembliesAbility to read and follow technical instructions and blueprintsBasic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensionsWorking knowledge of electrical and electronic components and their functionsFamiliarity with workplace safety protocols and proceduresAbility to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in electrical or cable assemblyTraining or certification in soldering or electronics assembly (IPC standards a plus)High school diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallyManual handling of small tools and componentsIf you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume!Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
