This role serves as the global authority for process design, controls, performance management, and continuous improvement spanning supplier onboarding, requisition-to-purchase order, invoice processing, and payment readiness.Working across retained Procurement and Finance teams, Global Shared Services (GSS), managed service providers (MSPs), and technology partners, the P2P GPO ensures consistent, scalable, and compliant processes that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the supplier experience. The role plays a key leadership role in transformation initiatives, including Coupa deployment and the adoption of a global \"No PO, No Pay\" operating model.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Process Design & OwnershipDefine, document, and continuously improve global end-to-end P2P processes, standards, and operating procedures.\r\nEstablish and maintain global process taxonomy, governance, and process documentation across all regions and markets.\r\nDrive standardization while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements where applicable.\r\nProcess Governance & Performance ManagementEstablish and monitor global P2P performance metrics, including cycle times, PO compliance, invoice match rates, touchless processing, and exception management.\r\nLead global governance forums with Finance, Procurement, GSS, and MSP partners.\r\nDrive accountability for service delivery performance and process adherence across the enterprise.\r\nPolicy, Controls & ComplianceTranslate Procurement and Finance policies into standardized operating processes and control requirements.\r\nEnsure adherence to approval authorities, financial controls, audit requirements, and the global \"No PO, No Pay\" policy.\r\nPartner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Finance leadership to strengthen the overall control environment.\r\nTechnology & Digital EnablementOwn the business process design and governance framework for P2P technologies, including Coupa and ServiceNow-based solutions.\r\nPartner with IT and system integrators to define workflows, integrations, automation opportunities, and user adoption strategies.\r\nDrive technology-enabled process simplification and operational efficiency.\r\nService Delivery Model GovernanceDefine and maintain accountability across retained teams, GSS operations, and MSP partners.\r\nEstablish clear process ownership, service boundaries, SLAs, and escalation paths.\r\nLead service governance activities to ensure effective execution and continuous performance improvement.\r\nMaster Data & Reporting AlignmentPartner with Data Management and Reporting teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of supplier master data and catalog governance.\r\nSupport consistent data structures that enable reliable reporting, analytics, and operational execution.\r\nTransformation & Continuous ImprovementLead global process transformation initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, and simplification.\r\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve first-time-right processing, and increase touchless transactions.\r\nDrive adoption of best practices across markets and service delivery teams.\r\nStakeholder Engagement & Change LeadershipPartner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and regional leaders to drive adoption of standardized processes.\r\nLead change management, communications, training, and knowledge management activities that support transformation objectives .\r\nBuild strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and sustainable process outcomes.\r\nHow We Lead at Brink'sAt Brink's, leadership is defined by how we work, not by our title.
