Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nMRI Tech - MRI Tech/n/nJob Details:/n• Work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM/n• On-call duties for holidays only/n• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs/n• Perform MRI examinations according to department procedures and protocols/n• Obtain complete clinical history and assess for contraindicating conditions/n• Administer contrast media following established procedures/n• Position patients and set up equipment for imaging procedures/n• Review images for clinically acceptable results before releasing patients/n• Respond to emergency situations as needed/n• Maintain MRI suite in safe, locked environment at all times/n• Transport and assist patients on and off procedure tables/n• Apply supportive and immobilization devices as needed/n• Operate patient monitoring systems and all MRI workstations/n• Send studies to PACS system immediately after completion/n• Required certifications: ARMRIT or ARRT-MR, BLS certification/n• Minimum 1 year experience with successful completion of accredited MRI program or ARRT-R required/n• Must demonstrate competence in anatomical positioning, cross-sectional anatomy, and magnet safety/n• Excellent communication and customer service skills required/n• Ability to work independently under pressure while participating in team environment/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare facility operates a comprehensive imaging department with state-of-the-art MRI technology and equipment.
