Customer Service Representative

We are also one of Southern California’s largest distributors of unbranded fuel to the commercial market. Primary responsibilities include: Answering phones and assisting walk in customers. Responding to customer requests and issues timely. Research and data entry to write orders and look up account information. Creating accurate quotes for customer and sales team as needed. Following up with customers, operations and sales team to insure successful deliveries and investigate and resolve issues. Utilize CRM to document customer and sales representative interaction. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Experience: Minimum two years of customer service experience in an office/distribution environment preferred. Must have valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and be able to provide current DMV Printout (3 year), if requested. Serious driving violations and/or at fault accidents within the past 3 years may prevent hiring. Able to fluently read, write and speak English. Excellent people (verbal and written), and phone skills. Proven customer service experience. Basic math, email, data base, and spreadsheet applications. Basic knowledge of general office procedures, methods, and techniques. Able to follow processes and resolve problems using good judgment. Advanced ability to multi-task and adapt to change. Ethical, courteous, reliable and effective team player who is able to work alone if/when needed. Continuous positive attitude and desire to learn. Bilingual preferred but not required.
