That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.\n\nOur culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.\n\nWe're looking for people who:\n\nAre curious and excited about technology\nLike solving problems and figuring things out\nCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a team\nWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselves\n\nIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAnalyzes business processes, stakeholder requirements, operational data, and mission needs to support the development and sustainment of ANG CDAO data products, business intelligence solutions, and enterprise applications\nWorks directly with Government stakeholders to define requirements, validate business rules, develop acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered solutions align with operational objectives\nPerforms data analysis, report validation, testing, user acceptance support, trend analysis, and performance assessment to improve decision-making and mission effectiveness\nDevelops training materials, user guides, documentation, and instructional content while providing stakeholder support and knowledge transfer activities for CDAO systems and capabilities\nSupports Business Intelligence Products, Power Platform Development, and Stakeholder Support, AI/Analytics, and Training by translating operational requirements into actionable technical solutions and measurable outcomes\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field\n15+ years of experience supporting the development and sustainment of data products, business intelligence solutions, and enterprise applications\nAnalyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems\nAnalyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations\nMay analyze or recommend commercially available software\nProvides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments\nEstablishes goals and plans that meet project objectives\nHas domain and expert technical knowledge\nDirects and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met\nInteractions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management\nDecision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation\nMay supervise others\nSecurity+ certification\nAn Active Security clearance is required\n\nIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
