A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Gulf. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high performing sales organization by managing talent and fostering a customer-centric culture Drive strategic sales growth through annual planning, market analysis, and effective pricing strategies Optimize sales structure and performance by evaluating territories and staffing to maximize profitability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM from an accredited university Minimum of 10 years of industrial product sales experience, preferably in electrical or heavy industrial markets At least 5 years of sales team management experience Experience in cross-functional roles such as product management, supply chain, or program management Proven experience with P&L responsibility and strategic planning
