Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Duties Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Manage office phone systems and handle customer support inquiries. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office management. Utilize computer literacy to manage accounting software and spreadsheets effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in an office or bookkeeping role is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer support skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
