If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Manchester, CT.\nReporting to the Director, Program Management, the Program Manager is in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOrganize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets\nIn charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.\nProvide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.\nOversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.\nReviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.\nEstablishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.\nManage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.\nBe the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.\nIn charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.\nMaintain current and develop additional business with customers.\nMonitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.\nBe accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.\nHolds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.\nTypically requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in program administration/ management or related area.\nDemonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.\nDemonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.\nAccountability for the program wellness.\nUnderstanding of P&L.\nMicrosoft office management experience\nInjection molding experience\nMedical industry background (Preferred)\nMicrosoft project (Preferred)\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical benefits, dental, vision\nLife Insurance\nMatching 401K\nPTO\nTuition Reimbursement\nEmployee discounts at local retailers\nKG56\nAA01\nJob Category\nOperations\nRelocation: Eligible for domestic relocation only\nIs Sponsorship Available?\nNo\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
