The role requires someone who can do more than develop reports—you’ll partner directly with business stakeholders, define requirements and KPIs, design solutions, and remain hands-on through development and delivery.What You'll DoOwn, enhance, and modernize enterprise Power BI dashboards.Develop advanced Power BI solutions using DAX and strong data visualization practices.Write complex SQL queries, database views, business logic, and query optimizations.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.Lead analytics initiatives independently from discovery through implementation.Consolidate and improve existing reporting assets and establish stronger reporting standards.Collaborate with technical and business teams on broader analytics modernization efforts.Required QualificationsStrong enterprise Power BI experience.Advanced DAX.Advanced SQL, including complex queries, views, CASE logic, and performance optimization.Experience independently owning analytics or BI solutions from requirements through delivery.Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills.Experience designing KPIs and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.Preferred QualificationsSnowflake.Customer service or call center analytics.Enterprise reporting and data asset development.Git and modern cloud analytics platforms.Python, Databricks, Power Automate, or semantic/data modeling experience.Experience with AI-assisted development or analytics tools.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate has owned enterprise BI products, not just completed dashboard tickets.
