Job DescriptionAs a physician-led organization, IHA combines the autonomy and close-knit culture of a private practice with the stability and resources of a prestigious national healthcare system.Were seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Hospitalist Medicine Division as a Physician9 who is eager to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community!Opportunity Details Position Type: 5-1.0 FTENight Shift Schedule:Each hospital is staffed overnight with teams of 25 physicians and 12 APPs, with overlapping coverage from 16000200.Ann Arbor: 2100 0700Three physicians provide coverage at Ann Arbor from 02000700.Chelsea: 2100 0700Independent coverage required at Chelsea and Livingston from 02000700Livingston: 1900-0700Independent coverage required at Chelsea and Livingston from 02000700Day Shift Schedule: 0700-1900Typical 7 on 7 offLocation: Opportunity to select two of the three locations listed:Chelsea HospitalAverage census of 12-16 patients per physician per shift. The ICU is closed.Trinity Health Ann ArborAverage census of 14-16 patients per physician each shift. The ICU is closed. Trinity Health LivingstonAverage census of 25-30 patients per physician each shift.
