{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"b85f393a3dfe3cd342363b45","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b85f393a3dfe3cd342363b45","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b85f393a3dfe3cd342363b45","title":"Associate Project Engineer/ Manager","description":"ZT01\nJob Title: Associate Project Engineer\nJob Type: Full-Time direct hire\nJob Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)\nJob Description:\nAs an Associate Project Engineer/Manager in Tucson, Arizona, you will have an opportunity to guide the infrastructure needed for multi-disciplinary teams working on meaningful and landmark projects in the West.\nQualifications\nCandidate will have a BSCE degree, Arizona Registration as a Professional Engineer (or the ability to become licensed in Arizona within six (6) months of employment), plus a minimum of six (6) years of land development experience or the equivalent of ten (10-12) years of total work experience.\n· Supervision of engineering design and support staff (including task delegation, technical mentorship and training, and providing quality control).\n· Management of project schedules and budgets.\n· Assistance with the preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.\n· Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.\n· Preliminary engineering design studies (incorporating land use and zoning considerations, assessment and consideration of site constraints, and potential regulatory issues).\n· Preparation/processing of tentative tract maps, understanding of final subdivision map processes, preparation/processing of public improvement plans and site development plans for commercial and residential developments.\n· An ability to perform constructability reviews of final engineering drawings and specifications.\n· Experience with a range of construction support services.\n· Preparation and review of civil-related technical reports for grading and utility design, including stormwater management and drainage reports.\nAutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience Required.\nPay: $45.00 -
