The Radiologic Technologist will ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality images to assist in accurate diagnoses.\nResponsibilities\nPerform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, sonography, and nuclear medicine.\nPrepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.\nOperate imaging equipment safely and effectively, adhering to established protocols.\nMaintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.\nCollaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide insights.\nFollow aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during procedures.\nStay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.\nAdhere to safety guidelines and regulations to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.\nQualifications\nCompletion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.\nCertification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.\nProficiency in medical terminology and understanding of human physiology.\nExperience in a Level I Trauma Center or emergency room setting is preferred.\nKnowledge of various imaging modalities, including sonography and nuclear medicine, is a plus.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.\nAbility to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while providing excellent patient care.\nJoin our team as we strive to provide exceptional medical imaging services that enhance patient outcomes.
