Fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology.At Slide, you will not only be part of a successful team, but you will also be a part of our Slide Vibe/award winning culture where collaboration and innovation are expected, recognized and awarded!As a Financial Analyst, you’ll help power Slide’s growth by delivering insightful analysis, clear reporting, and data‑driven recommendations across our Property & Casualty insurance business.What You’ll DoFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packagesPerform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periodsAnalyze financial performance, trends, and key operating metricsForecasting & Business SupportDevelop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIsSupport executive leadership and department leaders with actionable insightsAssist with business cases, ROI analysis, and strategic initiativesPrepare ad hoc analyses for senior leadership and business partnersCollaboration, Compliance & OptimizationPartner with Accounting, Actuarial, and operational teams to validate data and performance driversSupport GAAP and statutory (STAT) reporting and related regulatory requirementsMaintain documentation to ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readinessSupport investor relations and public company reporting, as neededContribute to system enhancements, automation efforts, and process improvementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting (P&C insurance)Experience analyzing financial statements and evaluating performance trendsWorking knowledge of GAAP and statutory (STAT) reportingExposure to SEC filings (10‑K, 10‑Q) and external audit processesStrong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysisAbility to translate financial data into clear, actionable insightsDetail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)Alignment with Slide’s Core Values and collaborative cultureIf you’re a detail‑driven finance professional who thrives on insight, collaboration, and innovation, Slide is where you belong.Apply today and enjoy your journey with Slide.What Slide Offers To YouThe Slide Vibe - An opportunity to be a part of a fun and innovation-driven culture fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology!
