This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled perioperative nurse with previous travel experience and Level I Trauma Center experience.The RN will support surgical teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment while delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical proceduresPrepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, and sterile suppliesAssist surgeons and surgical teams during complex operative proceduresMonitor patient condition throughout surgical casesMaintain strict sterile technique and infection prevention standardsDocument surgical procedures and patient care accurately within EMR systemsCollaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and interdisciplinary care teamsEnsure compliance with hospital safety policies and perioperative standardsRespond effectively in high-acuity and trauma surgical situationsRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) License requiredPrevious travel nursing experience requiredLevel I Trauma Center experience requiredStrong Operating Room nursing skills requiredHigh skills checklist rating requiredAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced surgical environmentsFor more details reach at dparmar@navitashealth.com
