We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application-tier products. You define quality benchmarks, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an emphasis on education, and facilitate professional growth. Your accountability extends to the team's collective delivery, not solely your personal output.Expect high autonomy, lean structure, and minimal process overhead.
