This entry-level role focuses on accurate data entry, document handling, and supporting team workflows.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nAssist with processing donor-advised fund transactions and grant distributions under supervision.\nSupport the Accounting Manager with basic reconciliations and reporting tasks.\nPrepare and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and recordkeeping.\nPerform data entry and assist with daily operational tasks such as mailing and scanning.\nRespond to internal inquiries and escalate issues as needed.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\nParticipate in cross-training to provide coverage during peak periods.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nBasic verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to follow established procedures and work effectively in a team environment.\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum Required: High School Degree or equivalent.\nPreferred: 1+ years' of administrative or operational experience; financial services or nonprofit experience a plus.\nLicenses & Credentials:\nMinimum Required: None.\nSystems & Technology:\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.\nExperience with data entry or operational processes.\nAbout Stifel:\nStifel is more than 130 years old and still thinking like a start-up.
