In this key role, you will manage a diverse 25+ person team of analysts and subject matter experts who provide support across the various ODASW(NM) directorates. This position requires all job duties be performed full-time onsite at both the Pentagon an Suffolk Building in Falls Church, VA with no hybrid or remote work options.\r\nDay To Day Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritize staff workloads based on ODASW(NM) requirements and priorities.\r\nEnsure seamless communications across the contractor support team and between the ODASW(NM) on contractor support tasks.\r\nHire and retain personnel to support the ODASW(NM) and manage personnel task assignments.\r\nCoordinate ODASW(NM) tasks and ensure effective personnel collaborations to produce high-quality products.\r\nEnsure timely and accurate delivery of all tasks.\r\nEnsure product peer review to ensure quality control.\r\nReview product submission for high-visibility deliverables.\r\nConduct personnel management duties, such as performance counseling, timekeeping approval, etc.\r\nAdvocate for the contractor support team and serve as the primary interface with the ODASW(NM).\r\nRequired Qualifications Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.\r\nMaster's degree in any field.\r\n15+ years' experience within the US nuclear enterprise.\r\n10+ years of documented experience in leadership, management, oversight, and/or program management.\r\nExperience working in an Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) environment.\r\nExperience managing personnel and personnel workloads across diverse portfolios and tasks.\r\nExperience navigating complex issues involving multiple stakeholders with competing interests in a fast-paced work environment.\r\nExperience engaging and communicating with senior Government and military leaders. Experience delivering timely and accurate written products (e.g., memos, briefs, reports) for senior leaders and executive management.\r\nProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).\r\nPreferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience successfully managing several direct reports across multiple functional areas.\r\nExperience managing contracts and familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).\r\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\r\nPrevious programmatic experience, including program management, product realization teams, and cost/schedule development.\r\nDemonstrated knowledge of DoW and Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) programming, planning, budgeting, and financial processes.\r\nExperience working in the areas of nuclear weapons, forensics, surety, and energy.\r\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail Recruiting@anser.org\r\nANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
