This position is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and effective communication of safety and training programs. Your work will directly support operational performance, compliance, and the continuous improvement of our safety culture across power infrastructure operations nationwide.\nKey Responsibilities Manage and maintain schedules for safety trainings, onboarding sessions, and leadership development programs.\nDevelop, track, and maintain training records, safety documentation, and compliance data.\nBuild, update, and manage reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel and other tools.\nPrepare and format presentations, reports, and communications for safety leadership.\nSupport onboarding processes, including scheduling required safety and compliance training.\nFacilitate communication between safety, training, operations, and external stakeholders.\nMaintain organized filing systems for safety reports, incident documentation, and training records.\nProvide administrative support for safety initiatives, audits, and regulatory requirements\nKey Qualifications (Must-Have) High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or support role.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.\nKey Nice-To-Haves Experience supporting a safety and/or training organization.\nExperience with training management systems or safety platforms (e.g., LMS, SafetyCulture).\nRelevant certifications in administrative support or office management.\nKey Info While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers for typing and data entry; and communicate effectively via phone and computer. The role may require occasional standing, walking, and reaching.
