Key Responsibilities1. Salesforce DevelopmentDevelop custom applications using Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobsBuild responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and AuraCreate and maintain Visualforce pages, flows, and other declarative featuresImplement complex validation rules, workflows, and approval processes2. IntegrationAPIsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsConfigure and manage Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, and Middleware (MuleSoft, etc.)3. CustomizationConfigurationCustomize standard Salesforce objects and build custom onesManage fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rulesOptimize existing implementations for performance and scalability4. TestingDeploymentPerform unit testing with > 75% coverage on ApexWork with Git or similar tools for version controlSupport deployments using Change Sets, DevOps Center, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines5. CollaborationWork with business teams to gather and analyze requirementsProvide technical documentation and support end usersCollaborate with Salesforce Admins, QA teams, and product ownersRequired SkillsExperience2a€6+ years of experience as a Salesforce DeveloperStrong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, HTML, JavaScriptHands on experience in Salesforce integrationsExperience with Salesforce Data Loader, workflows, flows, and automation toolsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD1) required; PD2 is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience CloudKnowledge of MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, or other integration platformsExperience in unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of security model and governor limitsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problema€`solving abilitiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail with strong documentation skills
