{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"b82de1ababfccae7ab7eb657","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b82de1ababfccae7ab7eb657","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b82de1ababfccae7ab7eb657","title":"Control Panel Assembler","description":"Job Description\n\nJob Title: Control Panel AssemblerLocation: York, PennsylvaniaType: Direct HireContractor Work Model: OnsiteHours: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm, OT as needed\r\nResponsibilities\r\nRead and understand electrical schematics and layout drawings.\r\nRead Bill of Materials and identify all components.\r\nUse measuring device to lay out cabinet holes and cutouts and back plate components per manufacturing layout drawings.\r\nUse drills, taps, punches, and saws for mounting and access holes.\r\nLabel and assemble back plate components.\r\nWire back plate and cabinet per electrical schematic using strippers, crimpers, with high degree of neatness.\r\nContribute to making improvements in quality, reducing production times and cost reductions.\r\nMaintain good housekeeping and follow all Company safety procedures and rules.\r\nAll other duties as assigned.\r\nRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\nMinimum of 2 years working in control panel assembly or equivalent.\r\nMust have a basic understanding of electrical components.\r\nMust have basic to intermediate mechanical skills for measuring, cutting, and laying out of panels.\r\nMust have experience using a variety of related hand tools such as drills, taps, punches, etc.\r\nAbility to read a tape measure and provide own hand tools.\r\nMust be available to work overtime as needed.\r\nPhysical and medical standards for this post must be met by the incumbent passing a physical examination by a company approved physician.\r\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
