{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"b828fc67e3f17ece44cedf86","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b828fc67e3f17ece44cedf86","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/b828fc67e3f17ece44cedf86","title":"Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift","description":"Come create your career with Volt\n\nVolt is immediately hiring Medical Device Assemblers in Irvine, CA 92614\n\nAs a Medical Device Assembler, you will:\n\nPerform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements.\nAccurately complete paper and electronic documentation to maintain full product traceability and support quality investigations.\nHandle and assemble small components and precision parts, including work under a microscope.\nMaintain a positive, team-oriented attitude when interacting with internal and external customers.\nAdhere to all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols.\nPerform repetitive manual tasks such as grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and fine motor movements for extended periods.\nSit or stand for prolonged periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail.\n\nThis is a full time, contract opportunity.\n\nSchedule: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nAbility to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and verbal directions.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.\nExcellent manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small parts and tools.\nComfortable performing prolonged microscope work.\nAbility to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.\nBasic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.\nPrior experience as a Medical Device Assembler or Production Assembler preferred.\nPrevious cleanroom experience strongly preferred.\n\nPay Rate: $19.00 - $19.75 per hour.\n\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\n\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
