The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, including Redbook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and an expert grasp on Gen Z culture. They should be able to identify trends across the social space and understand how Ninetynine Dreams can capitalize on them in authentic ways. They should also possess familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising strategies that can enhance our brand presence. The Marketing Specialist will be a key player in driving big-picture strategy across all social platforms and responsible for driving best-in-class engagement while growing our brand's presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's objectives. Utilize social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, RedBook, Snapchat, Pinterest to create engaging content and reach a wider audience. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and written content that appeals to our target audience. Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring that content is posted daily. Edit videos to promote products in a creative and engaging way. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Analyze campaign results to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary. Build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the company's products. Send PR packages to influencers and collaborate with them to create content that promotes the company's brand. Monitor and maintain the company's social media presence, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with a focus on social media marketing. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, RedBook, and Pinterest, etc. Must be familiar with SEO, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising strategies that benefit our brand. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with Gen Z. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies. Proficiency in video editing. Strong interest in beauty and a deep understanding of beauty industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. *Being fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
