We are currently seeking *Extrusion Assistant Operators* to join our growing team. This role is essential to our production success and offers an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth.\n\n*Shift Available:*\n\n* *3rd Shift:* 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM\n\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n\n* Inspect and package production materials to meet quality standards\n* Conduct visual and measured inspections using calipers and related tools\n* Complete QC checks, product labeling, and production paperwork accurately\n* Maintain clean and organized work areas according to housekeeping standards\n* Assist with die changeovers and in-line cleaning\n* Stock and manage packaging supplies\n* Safely store finished products\n* Communicate issues and safety concerns promptly\n* Work closely with Leads, Operators, Maintenance Techs, and other departments\n* Perform other tasks as directed by management\n\n*Qualifications:*\n\n* High school diploma or GED\n* 1–2 years of material handling or manufacturing experience preferred\n* Basic computer and documentation skills\n* Strong attention to detail and time management\n* Ability to stand, walk, lift, kneel, and move up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally over 100 lbs)\n* Ability to work in a high-noise manufacturing environment with PPE\n* Must pass a background check\n\n*What CMI Offers:*\n\n* Competitive hourly pay\n* Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts\n* Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)\n* Paid time off and holidays\n* Opportunities for advancement\n* A team-oriented, safety-focused workplace\n\n*Ready to join a company where your work truly matters?
