M-f w occasional Saturdays if neededSalary: DOEFull-Time Role/Direct-HireJob Description:We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Repair, maintain, replace, install, and test mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot machinery to identify issues and perform corrective actions.Analyze equipment failures, determine root cause, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.Install and maintain power, lighting, and control circuits, including conduit and wiring.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, sketches, and equipment manuals.Select appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments (voltage, amperage, and other measuring devices).Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and equipment performance.Qualifications:Formal apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent training and work experience in industrial maintenance.2+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical maintenance, or related field.Strong skills in blueprint reading, mechanical repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred.Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
