Prolink is hiring a LTAC RN to support a facility in Muncie, IN! Start Date: 2/9 - can orient any day of the week Shift: PM Weekly Hours: 36 Contract Duration: 13wks PAY PACKAGE: $2075/wk ($23.03/hr, $34.55 OT, $1246 stipend) Patient Age Group: Adult & Geriatric (18+) Ratios: Typically 1:4–1:6, may vary by acuity and shift Ventilators: Yes, includes ventilator-dependent and weaning patients Drips / Machine Experience: IV antibiotics, TPN, select cardiac drips (facility dependent), wound vacs, feeding tubes (PEG/NG), tracheostomy care, telemetry, dialysis exposure (not primary RN responsibility) Common Diagnosis: Respiratory failure, ventilator dependence, sepsis recovery, post-ICU medical and surgical complications, complex wounds, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, multi-system organ dysfunction Required Licensure: IN or compact RN License Float / On-Call Requirements: floating within the LTACH unit as needed; no hospital-wide floating; on-call uncommon Required Certifications: Active RN license, BLS (AHA); ACLS often preferred and may be required Required Experience: 1 year required minimum; LTACH, ICU, stepdown, or med-surg experience preferred Required Licensure: IN or Compact RN Licensure If interested and meet the requirements, please apply with an updated resume. #HC Pay: $2,075.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
