This role serves as a critical bridge between potential clients and the organization, requiring the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into viable solutions. Key responsibilities include leading opportunity qualification, solution development, and commercial negotiations while ensuring proper due diligence and risk management through internal approval processes. The role requires a strategic mindset to identify market opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and guide opportunities from initial contact through to successful contract closure, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth and market position.\r\nPrimary Duties/Responsibilities:\r\nLead comprehensive client engagement and information gathering processes.\r\nConduct thorough due diligence on opportunities and potential partnerships.\r\nDevelop detailed cost structures and financial models.\r\nDesign and implement risk mitigation strategies for each opportunity.\r\nIdentify and maximize the value proposition that align with both clients needs and Veolia’s capabilities for each opportunity and community.\r\nManage the WIN process for Go no Go (GNG) and Bid no Bid (BNB) for each opportunity.\r\nManage reporting for all commercial activities for key opportunities.\r\nWork collaboratively with regional VP on strategic direction, site PL to ensure operational alignment, and T&P resources for solution development.QualificationsEducation/Experience/Background:\r\nBachelor’s degree.\r\n7+ years industry experience.\r\nWater utility experience preferred.\r\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\r\nSelf motivated with ability to work independently.\r\nDemonstrated ability to drive opportunities from concept to closure.\r\nStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong client relationships.\r\nTechnical knowledge of water and wastewater industry.\r\nHighly developed organizational and time management skills.\r\nAble to work collaboratively across different functions and the ability to help colleagues.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.Additional InformationPay Range:$100000 to $150000 Per Year.\r\nBenefits:Veolia’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
