The firm is seeking a Creative Services Manager to work under the direction of the Senior Creative Services Manager. The Creative Services Manager will help to design, revise, and produce internal and external digital and print materials with an emphasis on using AI to deliver innovative solutions to complex design issues and enhance the effectiveness of the Firm's business activities and client development.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvides design support to the Senior Creative Services Manager;\r\nUnder the supervision and direction of the Senior Creative Services Manager, produces electronic and printed materials including, but not limited to, the Firm's branding, brochures, invitations, newsletters, presentations, publications, signage, tribute ads, pro bono projects and photo editing;\r\nAssists in research and helps with selection of gift/promotional items for clients, recruiting and Firm events;\r\nWhen directed, acts as a liaison with photographers, printers, apparel and other vendors;\r\nAssists with the organizing and maintaining project files online; and\r\nPerforms other duties, as assigned.\r\nRequirements\r\nExtensive experience and understanding of using AI in design, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Leonardo, among others;\r\nExtensive knowledge of and ability to operate PC design software programs – Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop);\r\nKnowledge of HTML, Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint required;\r\nFamiliarity with web-based design and other high tech media, as well as ability to learn new software skills;\r\nUnderstanding and proficiency in the use of typography, layout/composition and image manipulation for outstanding graphic design impact and effective visual communication;\r\nAbility to work within design standards/guidelines;\r\nAbility to elevate concepts into high-end, elegant design solutions;\r\nMust have an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence;\r\nFamiliarity with technological aspects of design with respect to vendor relations;\r\nAbility to specify and coordinate production of printed and digital materials;\r\nAbility to create precise mock-ups and clear project presentations;\r\nStrong initiative and ability to work in a highly demanding, professional environment;\r\nAbility to take direction on creative input and alternate concepts to improve product and process;\r\nAbility to interact with attorneys and staff at all levels;\r\nMust maintain a professional demeanor, be client-service oriented; and\r\nAbility to work overtime, as needed.\r\nJob Type\r\nFull-Time; Monday - Friday (Hybrid)\r\nSalary Range\r\nThe firm's anticipated hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
