We're seeking a Growth Lead to join our high-impact team to drive new service development and expand our market presence. Your focus will be on: Service Line Development: Help conceptualize, develop, and launch new AI-powered growth service offerings that complement our existing solutions Brand & Community Growth: Scale our top of funnel by implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, nurture community engagement, and expand our affiliated assets Strategic Leadership: Work directly with the executive team and VP of Growth to align growth initiatives with company vision and business objectives Experimentation & Optimization: Design and execute growth experiments across channels to identify scalable opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies Day-to-Day Expectations: Here's how you can expect to spend your time each week: 25% – Client Collaboration: Work directly with GrowthX clients to validate and prove out new service-lines, gathering feedback and iterating on offerings 40% – Growth Channel Development: Create and scale new growth channels, including content strategy, community building, and distribution tactics 20% – Automation Development: Ideate and develop new AI-powered automations to enhance efficiency and scalability of growth initiatives 10% – Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and translate data into actionable insights 5% – Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in strategic planning with executive team and department leaders to ensure alignment Requirements We Need Growth Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, or similar roles in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments Service Development: Proven track record of launching new service offerings or products Community Building: Experience building and nurturing communities around a brand Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights Communication: Excellent collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional settings Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement high-level growth strategies that align with business objectives Nice to have AI Experience: Experience building with AI tools (AirOps, LangChain) Technical: Whether it's vibe coding, low-code, or writing assembly in vim Content Expertise: Background in content marketing or SEO strategies Growth Frameworks: Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and experience leading creative, out-of-the-box growth experiments Industry Knowledge: Experience in the content production or marketing services industry What We Don't Need: Siloed Thinking: If you prefer to work independently without regular collaboration, this role isn't for you Resistance to AI: Comfort with AI technology and its applications is essential Followers: If you need constant direction and lack proactivity, this environment won't suit you Competitive Compensation: Salary up to $200,000 USD annually (adjusted for geography and experience) Remote Flexibility: Fully remote with a requirement of at least 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time Ample Time Off: We encourage taking at least 20 days off each year Professional Growth: Access to continuous training, coaching, and development opportunities Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge AI and be part of a team that is redefining digital growth strategies J-18808-Ljbffr
